This store is operated by RosenBuds. Flowkeeper Mugs is its commerce layer. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this store.

Products and orders

Flowkeeper Mugs are made to order. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. We may correct obvious errors and may cancel or refuse an order affected by pricing, availability, fraud, payment, or fulfillment problems. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any legally required taxes are shown during checkout before payment. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders are produced and fulfilled by Printful and delivered by third-party carriers. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The buyer is responsible for complete and accurate shipping information.

Returns, refunds, and problems

The Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Flowkeeper Mugs and RosenBuds names, site design, product designs, slogans, writing, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to RosenBuds. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, train on, or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site or its content for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify, Printful, payment providers, and carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not remove any rights you have against RosenBuds under applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation

We provide the site and products subject to applicable consumer protections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosenBuds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
