Flowkeeper Mugs Shipping Policy

Where we ship

At launch, Flowkeeper Mugs ships to eligible addresses in the United States only.

Made to order

Each mug is produced after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 1 to 8 business days after fulfillment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier or production delays can occur.

Shipping charge

The exact charge is shown before payment. The current standard U.S. shipping rate for one eligible mug order is $6.49.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email when the order is fulfilled. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. The buyer is responsible for accurate and complete delivery details. A replacement shipment after an address error may require a new shipping charge.

Lost shipments

Email keeptheflow@gmail.com with your order number if an order has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
