Flowkeeper Mugs Return and Refund Policy

Made to order
Each Flowkeeper Mug is produced for your order. All sales are final for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong slogan, size, or color. We do not accept exchanges.

Production or fulfillment problems
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, email keeptheflow@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If our fulfillment partner confirms the error, RosenBuds will provide a replacement or refund consistent with the resolution available for the claim.

Lost shipments
Report an order that has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect or incomplete address
The buyer is responsible for accurate delivery details. A replacement shipment after an address error may require a new shipping charge.

Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
